Mariela Gomez

Hi world! My name is Mariela and I am a Latina millennial mom of 3 girls! I'm officially in my 40's era and I'm loving it! I work as a substitute teacher in my girls' school district and am also PTA president at their school. I love the community of moms that I've come to know and we all share our tips and tricks to make it through the school week! I'm also on a journey to strengthen my girl's Spanish skills and teach them more about Hispanic culture. I share my life experiences on social media to build community and to show that we all have a lot more in common than we think.

I'm a huge Disney mom and love all things spooky! Last Halloween season I took my followers on a journey to find and collect Fanta Beetlejuice edition cans and I had so many people in my community pointing me in the direction of where to find each one. It was so fun! I'm also a very big sci-fi fan and love all things Star Wars, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Back To The Future, etc.

Keeping a family of 5 on track takes some organization skills! We keep a family calendar but I'm always looking for more ways to keep our days running smoothly. I have a subscription service to Walmart+ that helps enormously with grocery deliveries and it's one of my favorite things! Managing a household with girls that are active in sports and dance can be hard at times so I always love to add new tools to keep up with our busy schedules.
