Marcelo is an actor-musician and the lead singer of The Vone. He performs regularly with the epic children's band Andy and the Oddsocks and he's also one of the leads in CBBC's Andy and the Band, playing the inter-stellar rockstar: Rio. He trained at the American Musical Theatre Academy in London (AMTA, now known as ICMT, International College of Musical Theatre). Before that he did a degree in Performing Arts at Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge. And before that he was born and raised in Portugal by his Brazilian family.
