Hi! I’m Lisa Marie Hart, an avid world traveler, Sun chaser, and strong believer and advocate in life first, work second! And if you can make your work part of your life, you’ll never work a day in your life!

I have two (now adult) children and just recently became a grandma, and let’s just say I’m obsessed!

After the tragic passing of both my mother and sister from suicide, I have become a firm believer in living your best life, each and every day.

I believe this can be accomplished by putting yourself first and ensuring you are taking care of your whole being by treating your body like a temple. Eat good food, sleep well, maintain a healthy weight through diet and exercise, breathe clean air, socialize with people you love, and always take time for yourself.

I believe with every moment and every breath you are given the chance to start fresh.
