Lindsey Day is a meteorologist on a mission to help others optimize their health. You can catch her on CW39 as a “Fitness Friday” segment host and meteorologist!
She worked as a meteorologist and reporter in Florida and Missouri prior to working as a meteorologist in Houston, TX.
Her graduate school thesis focused on improving hurricane track forecasting methods. She presented her findings at the annual American Meteorological Society.
Lindsey competed in National bodybuilding competitions, earning her national qualification and the “Most Promising Figure Contestant” Award. She stopped competing for career and health purposes, and now focuses on coaching others.
Lindsey leads a “Faith & Fitness for Females” connect group through her church, and is in the process of building a unified health curriculum for the entire church, Hope City.
Lindsey works with clients across the country as certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. She also teaches a nutrition and fitness program for middle school through high school students at Xavier Academy.
Lindsey developed and leads an online nutrition and fitness program called the “Charge Up Challenge". It’s designed to educate individuals on nutrition and fitness to transform their health and quality of life.
