Lauren Ryan holds a BS in Health Promotion and a MS in Exercise Science. Lauren has over nine years of experience in the health and wellness field, including group exercise instruction, personal training, working with special populations, and work site wellness programming and implementation. She is an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and an Athletics and Fitness Association of America Primary Group Exercise Instructor, and has completed specialty training for TurboKick LIVE, PiYo LIVE, INSANITY LIVE, Country Heat LIVE, Zumba Fitness, and SilverSneakers.
Lauren lives in Northeast Arkansas with her husband, three dogs, and four cats. When not in the gym, she can be found hanging out with her fur babies, cooking up something fresh from the garden, or planning her next Disney trip!
