After graduating from college, I started my career traveling every week as a management consultant. Before starting my first project, I heard horror stories from all of my coworkers about how it was impossible to lead a healthy lifestyle on the road: unhealthy team dinners, living in hotel rooms, working long hours, and seemingly few exercise options. I made it my goal to prove them wrong, and I defied the odds as I developed my own healthy “on the road” lifestyle. Over the last seven years, I’ve maintained this lifestyle, developed new skills, and found a passion for sharing my experiences with other people. My YouTube and Instagram content focuses on work/life balance, barefoot shoes, fitness, slacklining, yoga, and AcroYoga.
