My name is Robin and I'm currently 22 years old. I fell in love with fitness and healthy lifestyle and know, that this is the path I want to take. My goal is to inspire as many people as possible to get into the fitness and help them grow. Working out is not just a physical activity for me, but it also helps me mentally a lot as well. I've got my PT certification earlier this year and want to hit the competition stage this autumn. I used to be a really shy, unmotivated boy, that had no confidence. Lifting helped me to find a self-love I never had before and my confidence skyrocketed thanks to weightlifting, because I started working on myself and I take every workout as a challenge to be better than I used to be. I know there are a lot of people struggling with self-confidence, that's why I want to inspire others. It helped me greatly and I'm sure it can also help to other people too.
