Lala Tshabalala

My name is Lala Tshabalala and I'm a plus size model, social media influencer and body positive activist based in South Africa.

My lifestyle brand, Plus Size is ME was created in 2012 with my sister in celebration of fuller figured women. As the power behind the Plus Size is ME brand, I have created my own online presence and a separate brand called Miss Curvy Lala. Style ME Plus Size is another affiliated brand to Plus Size is ME. Launched in 2015, this Facebook page aims to inspire and celebrate style and fashion for the contemporary plus size woman.

Four years later, now with over 220 000 followers across the various brand social media pages, my body love message has spread to women across Africa and the rest of the globe.

All brands explore fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and promotes a healthy body image through positive body messaging and body wellness.
