Knocks 'n' Kudos

K 'n' K is an online critique directory and was conceived primarily to address the customer service gap in Nigeria. It is obvious knowledge that Nigerian service organizations lack the empathy required to relate with and understand customers' requests and concerns. Following repeat experiences, the K 'n' K was birthed to not only critique service failures through "mystery shopping" but also receive requests and serve ratings based on specific criteria. Our clients range from banks to organizations in the hospitality business. In 2018, we co-sponsored a pioneer fitness contest in Port Harcourt and plan to actively participate in this year's.
