Hey Hey! My name is Kay and I am one half of The Jay & Kay Show! My husband and I have a Youtube channel and we do family vlogs with our two daughters (ages 4 and 7) and we discuss a number of topics from relationships, blended families, fitness, traveling, veganism (snacks, restaurants, and meals), and zodiac signs! On my personal social media pages, I like to talk about Zumba and dance fitness (I am a Zumba instructor), curly hair products, fun things to do with my kids, vegan eats, and traveling!
