Hi my name is Kavita Whittingham. My Instagram account 'oneandonlykav' and 'kavitawhittingham' and my blog [link-omitted] reflects my own personal style, experiences, passions, interests and lifestyle, as well as offering tips, advice and reviews on fashion, beauty, travel, health, fitness and events. I love to review products/experiences that fit within these categories. I love fashion, dressing up for all occasions and showcasing my style. I love changing my style, shoes and accessories for different occasions and to suit my mood which can range from stylish to sexy to casual to on-trend for the season. This can be for everyday style, workwear, fitness, nights out or special events. I follow trends but tend not to be directed by them – I choose the trends that I like as opposed to wearing anything and everything just because it’s in fashion at the moment. I also love beauty and make up and have spent a lot of time and money investing into both over the years, buying, testing and recommending products and treatments to friends and family. I have developed my own beauty routine with my ‘can’t live without products’ as well as solutions to help fix everyday skin and beauty problems. I love wearing make-up and beauty products that enhance my look and make me feel good. I’m excited about new make-up products, treatments and gadgets and love finding them to test and review so I can add them to my own routine as well as share them with others to help them save time and money. I visit trade beauty, health, and spa trade shows to keep up to date with products. Both myself and my partner are into health and fitness. I work out and take care of my body from inside, out. I train weekly, have a good healthy diet and take vitamins and natural supplements to help my body perform in the best possible way. I work out at home so I like to try exercises or equipment that I can use at home. Travelling forms a big part of my lifestyle and so I have a separate Instagram account for my travel around the world – IG: kavitawhittingham, which showcases all the places I have been to. I write holiday reviews based on my experiences with tips on what to do, where to go, hotel, restaurant, bar and club recommendations as well as activities and best tourist spots to visit. Events – I like to showcase venues and events, restaurants, bars, clubs and experiences I have been to whether it’s in London or abroad. Photography – I love taking photos as well as being part of them. My photos are very important to me as I like them to be of a certain quality and style. I see them as an extension of myself and my personal brand and having worked in Retail Ecommerce I see the importance of having the right imagery to help promote and showcase products and brands. I like to use the best images for my social media accounts and my blog. The largest number of likes/views I get is generally when I post a photo of myself in the frame as opposed to the non-people shots so I like to showcase items that I can take photos with.
