Large YT following as well as a private FB group all about dumpsters, marketing dumpster businesses, parts on dumpsters, dump trailers and cargo trailers and truck guys.
I started my channel out as an experiment/side hustle with a cargo trailer. I then sold my cargo trailer and upgraded to a US Built dump trailer, of which I ended up buying two. Shortly after owning two of those, I realized the way to go was roll off dumpsters. Meaning the dumpster would literally roll off the trailer. So one trailer, and as many roll-off dumpsters as I could buy. Quickly I went from 3 dumpsters to 12.
Now I am in the process of switching my equipment over to hooklift truck with roll off trailers. Meaning a hook lift would grab a dumpster and pull the dumpster onto the truck itself.
Again, started as an experiment to test the waters and see how the dumpster hustle was and if it was sustainable in my market. It quickly changed from a side hustle to a profitable business. Join me in my journey from hobby to hopefully a million dollar business in under 5 years is my goal.
