Josh Murphy

I'm a Washington, D.C.-based musician with years of experience performing and teaching at both the collegiate level and at private schools and studios along the East Coast. I'm borderline obsessed with all things guitar-related as well as recording, touring gear, live production, and nearly everything else that goes into being a working musician.

I'm also an avid traveler -- I love visiting new cities, exploring new surroundings, and engaging with new people. While I can find something that I love about everywhere that I've been, my favorite cities thus far have been Amsterdam (The Netherlands), Richmond (Virginia, USA), Charleston (South Carolina, USA), and Montreal (Quebec, Canada).

I take my health very seriously -- I adhere to a regular workout regimen, follow a strict vegan diet, and try to dedicate as much of my free time as I can to taking care of my body. I'm a huge American Football fan (Go Pack Go!) and I hike, bike, and play in intramural sports leagues when time permits to help stay in shape.

I would love to promote nearly any musical product on my Instagram page -- I have roughly 17,000 Instagram followers (most of which are also musicians). I'm also well-equipped to promote travel-related products or services on my page, as well as diet or fitness-related products or services.
