Hello! My name is Janelle and I am the founder of Know Mommy, a mom of 3, wife and holistic family health coach. I educate, support and empower women on their path to healthy pregnancies and healthy families with a focus on lifestyle (the way we live), exercise (the way we move), attitude (the way we think) and nutrition (the way we eat). I consider myself a modern, mindful mama. In my kitchen I cook organic, gluten, dairy and soy free. I have a neurodiverse family. I love being outdoors and traveling with my family and encourage other women to do the same. As a women who is a survivor of postpartum anxiety, depression, and addiction I know the power of daily mindful, health habits. I am here to educate, support and inspire others.
