Hi Jerry, how does your business help the community?
I started Skylight Music Records in 2021 with the goal of creating a platform for talented artists who didn’t have access to large audiences. I saw that many independent musicians struggled to break through because they lacked the connections or resources to get their music heard. I wanted to change that by offering them opportunities through sync licensing, collaborations, and promotions, helping them gain exposure and build sustainable careers.

Our mission goes beyond music – we’re focused on empowering artists from diverse backgrounds and providing them with the tools to succeed. By doing this, Skylight Music Records contributes to the community by giving a voice to underrepresented musicians and ensuring their work reaches wider audiences. We are also committed to ethical practices, including fair splits and creative freedom, which further help artists grow and thrive.
