I am a graduate agricultural engineer, specialized in wine production. In the past 25 years I work in the field of cheese production and meat processing. Two years ago I started a video channel with the aim to share recipies for high quality home made food and dishes, where I present a blend of my own and classic recipies.
With regard to meat, I have focused my efforts on making videos, especially for ripe sausages and delicacies. Such products are sold in stores at too high a price and are not safe for human health. In terms of cheese, I have focused my efforts on completing a book for the general public. There are over 30 different types of cheese from different regions around the world. The technology of all these cheeses is adapted for their production at home.
