I have a BA in Media Arts, Design, and Technology (Mass Communication Design) from CSU Chico, and I have earned multiple certifications in UX design and testing, which enable me to optimize the usability, functionality, and design of websites and applications.

I have over 12 years of experience in the media and technology industry, working as a marketing communications manager and a UX specialist for different organizations. I have managed a team of content creators and handled all the communication within the company, including copywriting, promotional marketing, recruitment, and event coordination. I have also tested thousands of websites and applications for usability, functionality, content, and design, using various tools and methods. I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new challenges in the media and technology field.
