Gareth Gradwell

I guy in his mid 30's that has spent most of his life building a career as a chef and working on cruises ships. This was a perfect fit for me as I have a passion for food, drink and traveling. Working internationally gave me a great opportunity to learn new recipes, taste new things and see places that I could only dream about. After me meeting my Bulgarian partner 8 years ago and doing many trips around we finally settled in to her home country of Bulgaria. I fell in love with the country as a whole, food, culture, nature and this became my new passion. Within this time I also started to make home movies of our travels and our daughters life growing up, and found that I also really enjoyed making, editing videos for us and others to enjoy. This is the reason that I started my Youtube channel, I aim to inform people of the beauty of Bulgaria as it is a relatively unknown place to travel to and I think it needs promotion.
