@emilygoesplaces is a content creator focused on local travel, events, and adventure. She has a 9-5 by day and spends the rest of her time exploring the amazing parks, venues, hotels/rentals, restaurants, museums, etc. in the area. Most of her content highlights the DMV area, but she does occasionally venture elsewhere for vacation or weekend trips. Emily has been to 22 countries and 41 states, and even lived in Costa Rica for a year during graduate school.
