My Name is Emily Marr and I’m a registered dietitian nutritionist with my masters in clinical dietetics (however clinical is not really my passion). Im 27 years old, born and raised in sunny Northern California and currently in Orange county, CA (SoCal). I got my bachelors in applied nutrition and minor in psychology at Cal Poly San luis Obispo, CA and did my masters combined with my dietetic internship at GVSU in Grand Rapids, MI (miss beautiful Michigan, but not the long cold snowy winters, hehe).
My heart lies with mental health and nutrition- specifically eating disorders/disordered eating (orthorexia, “clean eating,” obsessive eating, etc), anxiety/depression in regards to food, intuitive eating (and finding out what that actually means to you), and body kindness/ body positivity (learning to love yourself at every stage of life).
