I've been studying multiple modalities and teaching Pilates since 2009. My greatest passions by far are travel, beauty/wellness (think oils, lotions & potions, herbs, Ayurveda, healthy foods etc), fitness (of course!) and the natural world and how best to conserve and find balance with how we live and support biodiversity on our planet.
Finally, one of the primary principles I live by and build my business practices upon is inclusion. Inclusion and empowerment fuel my work and my personal life! There's nothing better than gaining someone's trust and helping them to build a strong body and mind.
