Hello, I'm Efren. Having grown up In Venezuela in a small city called Puerto Ordaz, I was surrounded by natural beauty. On my doorstep there was La Llovizna Park, Cachamay Park and just 257 km away I was lucky enough to have one of the world's most incredible natural wonders, The Amazon rain forest and of course within it, The Angel Falls.
I feel so lucky to be here in London and everyday I take inspiration from both my old and new homes combining the natural spirit of South America with the excitement of London.
Happily my other passion lies in Circus. Having performed around the world, I hope to put my gathered strength, flexibility and control to good use in making me the best Yoga teacher and practitioner I can be.
