Results- This refers to my track record, performance, my getting the right things done. If I don’t accomplish what I’m expected to do, it diminishes my credibility. On the other hand, when I achieve the results I promised, I establish a positive reputation of performing and my reputation precedes me. It’s a matter of competence for me.
Integrity- To many people it means “honesty.” While it Includes honesty, it’s much more. It’s having the courage to act in accordance with my values and beliefs.
Intent- This has to do with my motives, agendas, and my resulting behaviour. Trust grows when my motives are straightforward and based on mutual benefit- in other words, I genuinely care not only for myself, but also for the people I interact with, lead, or serve.
