Our names are Dhalil Sadiq and Pierce Williams. Health has become a big part of our lives. Working out has set the foundation for how we attack each day. However, when we go to the gym, it's about more than just lifting heavy weights. It is about becoming the best version of yourself. We go to the gym not only to look good, but to build habits that trickle down to every aspect of our life.
