Donnell Blaylock Jr. Aka Donny Savage is a former real estate agent from Grand Rapids MI. He’s always been fascinated with idea of selling homes. It’s just something about being a real estate agent that gives a person a certain level of prestige. He couldn’t “unsee” the big checks that his real estate mentor would send him while he was in class. School just didn’t feed his souls so he made the big decision to drop out of college at 23 and get his real estate license.

About 8 months in to his rookie year in 2015, something out of this world happens to him.
He posts a 17 second video of himself on Facebook eating a Hershey’s chocolate bar in Miami’s South Beach and the video goes absolutely viral with 2.8 million views in 24 hours. The next thing he knows, he’s posted on the number one real estate publication website (Inman) as the title of the article reads Real Estate Agent to viral “Chocolate Sensation.” That’s one way to become your broker’s favorite. From that moment on there was no need to search for new clients because women were flooding his inbox from all over the US looking to buy or sell a home.

His new profound fame of being a ‘social media sensation” would catapult him into the limelight. Donnell has had the privilege being the leading male model in Music videos with Chris Brown (Anyway 2015), Ella Mai(Boo’d Up 2018) and Layton Greene (Chosen One 2020). Donnell’s buzz also attracted brand collaborations as his following grew over 350,000 followers on instagram. He’s worked with Hyundai USA, Jack Daniel’s, MGM Resorts, Thursday Boots CO., Manscaped and Smirnoff just to name a few.

In 2020, he received a huge break being cast in Eddie Murphy’s highly anticipated Coming to America sequel. This would also lead to him being cast in Director Jamal Hills Lace TV series (2021) as reporter “Harper.” From there he continued to pursue more theatrical and commercial opportunities.

As of today, he’s working on scaling his brand while adding a few business ventures to his arsenal. He’s now certified in stretch mark rejuvenation treatment through his company Savage Skin Tattoos LLC. His most exciting new venture is taking on the development of a flagship hotel project in Downtown Austin, TX.
