My personal mission statement is to be an advocate for women and children while at the same time leveraging my personal experiences as a wife, mother, and business owner to inspire others to be what they never thought they could be. On March 15 as COVID quickly became a reality for parents I started a Facebook Group, Moms Making it Together for moms to share, support and smile through this next normal. It started as a group text with three of my besties, then a shared note with my Girl Scout Troop and then a FaceBook group. Today we are 9800 moms across the US and a few international moms. This group of moms is a source of sharing, supporting and smiles! As our world has continued to change since early March this group has grown together and expanded our community to Instagram and a blog I like to think of them as the 9800 best friend strangers I never knew I needed.
