People consume food, however, I just happen to think that food consumes me. I am obsessed with cooking, discovering new dishes, enjoying the richness of chef's creations, finding new and trendy hot spots for dining, and building camaraderie among foodies. I have been covering the San Diego food scene for 22 years, having started as a reporter covering new restaurant openings. I love trying new foods and then sharing these discoveries with my family, friends, and followers. I am always open to trying new and unique items.
