Originally from Washington, DC, I attended University of Maryland, College Park where I studied Economics, obtaining a bachelor's in that field. I also completed my MBA and a master's in Finance from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at University of Maryland, College Park. I've worked in roles related to corporate financial planning & analysis at prominent, global companies such as Discovery, Comcast, L'Oreal USA, and Paramount Global. I've always been involved with conducting financial and investing analysis on the side in my spare time. I now live in New York City, where I run a blog Raising InvestorIQ that provides info, insight, and analyses related to Investing and Personal Finance. I enjoy traveling, sports, reading, dining out, working out, and movies, among other things.
