Dana Homaijani

My name is Dana and I am 26 years old, residing in Scottsdale Arizona. I am currently in school getting my doctoral degree in clinical psychology. About 6 years ago, I started my fitness journey. I was extremely underweight, struggling with my identity, self-image, and confidence. Fitness completely changed my life, helping me realize that we have control over our mindset. I am a social media influencer, here to add a little fitness, motivation, and positivity. I place an emphasis the connection between mind and body, while promoting mental health and how important it is to be both, physically and mentally healthy.
