That's some serious marketing potential!I am Chef Damiano Carrara. I own 2 cafe bakeries and one cooking school in Southern California. I am best known for my appearances on Food Network and other media outlets. In 2015 I competed on Food Network’s Spring Baking Championship television show where he made it to the final round with extremely favorable public response. I was the winner of Food Network's Cutthroat Kitchen Season 11 Episode Chocotage XXL. I was then a special guest on Food Network's Spring Baking Championship Season 2. I recieved 3rd place on Food Network Star Season 12. In October 2016 I was a judge on Halloween Baking Championship, Christmas Cookie Challenge December 2016, and will be judging on Guys Grocery Games and Fakers vs Bakers set to air early 2017. In addition, I am currently filming for upcoming shows and projects, and working on my second cookbook set to release fall of 2017. I have advertised for products such as cooking tools, appliances, gadgets, ingredients, and just about anything related to food. Being Italian I have a great respect for other great clothing, accessory, car, and other brands as well.
