I am Dakota Elizabeth! I am a mom and wife passionate about advocating mental health and child loss. I lost a child two years ago and have battled those things ever since. My main focus in life is to help others grow no matter what they are going through, and to let them know they don’t have to be alone in their battles and their mind. I started a podcast recently to shed light on mental health and show the truth behind it all. I am also a photographer, and base my mission off of keeping memories alive as I know first hand how moments turn into memories and at one point the photo will be all you have left.
