I'm a young entrepreneur in short, from running various events to owning my own Personal Training studio to public speaking.
I am also a professional fitness model and at one stage the youngest WBFF Pro in the world at the age of 21. I've competed internationally from LA to London, this was my ticket into setting up my Online Coaching business with over 200 clients worldwide and a bustling gym here in the heart of Ireland.
My true passion is fitness, but also helping people and gaining there trust is crucial for me and my success. This has landed me work with BMW, Optimum Nutrition, La Roche Possay, various music festivals and a number of events around Ireland.
