I’m a Louisiana attorney, disability policy advocate, and chief of staff working at the intersection of law, government, and real family life. Most of my work centers on helping people understand how policy decisions actually land in homes, schools, hospitals, and everyday systems families depend on.
I’m also a mom to a medically complex child with Down syndrome, which means I spend a lot of time translating complicated things into plain language because families deserve to understand what’s happening to them without needing a law degree first.
Online, I share advocacy, disability policy, parenting, Medicaid and special education issues, and the very real chaos of raising a child with complex needs while working in public policy. My audience tends to connect with content that is honest, useful, direct, and grounded in lived experience instead of polished internet perfection.
I’m especially interested in partnerships involving disability advocacy, accessible products, parenting, healthcare, legal education, adaptive or inclusive resources, family-centered brands, public interest work, and products that genuinely make life easier for caregivers and children with disabilities.
I care a lot about credibility. If I recommend something, it’s because I actually believe it’s useful, practical, or worth people’s money and attention.
