Bryan Hardy is a Holistic Nutritionist (CNP) and Integrative Recovery Coach who specializes in optimizing digestion and recovery while assisting the body's natural ability to bounce back, be it from injury, surgery, exercise, or the daily stress of modern life. His journey into wellness began after suffering a ruptured appendix, which nearly killed him, at age 18 and ultimately inspired him to refocus his life on the study and practice of optimal health. This journey has brought him to where he is now which is working as a clinical nutritionist, health coach, content creator, and educator.

Bryan combines ancient wisdom with modern healing and a good dose of light-hearted humour in order to create the best possible outcomes for his clients and help people establish life long habits that they'll enjoy and benefit from for decades to come.

Bryan’s strength is in breaking down complex concepts around health, nutrition, and wellness into easy to digest (pun intended ;) ) chunks that create a deeper awareness and connection to the body and to the earth of which our bodies are made.

He is also a great cook and creative recipe creator who can teach you how to make healthy eating delicious and time-efficient from the comfort of your own home or while on the road.
