Mustapha Slameur, a prominent figure in Moroccan art, draws from diverse influences. He began as a rapper in the legendary Casablanca band Mafia C, making a lasting impact on the underground rap scene in Morocco. Under the pseudonym Steph Ragga Man, he released the first North African ragga album and topped Moroccan radio charts.
His passion for poetry led him to switch to slam/ poetry, releasing the first slam and poetry album in arabe world. He was awarded the prestigious AFAC found in Lebanon for his influential work in the Arab world, helping launch the slam movement in North Africa .
Now based in Canada, Mustapha has left his mark in over 20 countries, including the UAE, France, Germany, Switzerland, and Lebanon. He has conducted over 250 workshops, sharing his passion with youth worldwide. His artistic vision transcends borders, blending poetry and oratory with various artistic styles.
