When they mention about a person with simple personality, they will be talking about me. It's just that l love to do things on time and procrastination is not my cup of tea. Another thing is that I like to face new challenges on my daily life. Risk taking is one of my positive trait I own up and on negative traits, I personally do not tolerate unfairness regardless the space or place it happens. Working in teams nor groups is another factor in my positivity. I still do not know where I stand between a leader and manager.
