Bianca is a hard-working wife, mother and entrepreneur who, like many, struggles to find time for herself. Having a MOMent is her offering to the age-old predicament mothers often find themselves in: putting everyone else first, leaving little fuel for her own tank. By naming, claiming and celebrating the MOMent, we’re reminded to honor ourselves. This is the recipe Bianca uses to be the best version of herself, maintaining optimal mental health, and in turn it benefits her family, community, and professional efforts.

Bianca is a graduate of the School of Theatre, Film and Television at UCLA and is also a Le Cordon Bleu Alumna. She is a featured chef and culinary producer for Food Network, Lifetime, Hallmark Channel, BET, BBC America and Amazon Prime.

Bianca is a gastrodiplomat baking her way to be the change she wants to see in the world. Having a MOMent is a natural extension of that mission. Change can be driven by each and every one of us individually and collectively. There’s nobody more capable and dedicated than a mother to drive such change, but even superheroes need a MOMent to fuel up!
