Talaank's Founder and Director Ms. Bhakti Naik hold a degree M.A. in Dance. She has also learnt various dance styles as listed below from experts :

Contemporary from Revati Puranik, USA
Ballroom from Ewa Maria Cherukuru, Poland
Physical theater from Late David Grives, Holland.
Hip Hop
Ms. Naik has worked as a Dance Director in a number of Marathi & Hindi Movies. She had the opportunity to work with dance icon Prabhu Deva. Recently, she has also worked with eminent director Mr. Madhur Bhandarkar.
