I live for fitness and follow a bodybuilding lifestyle. I have just started prep for my 2021 shows and the journey towards earning my pro card in the IFBB. The highlight of every day for me is training and I'm lucky in that I also have my passion as my career, helping my clients with weight loss, muscle gain, fitness and health!
Outside of fitness I have a love for the arts & design, A degree in interior architecture and have worked in many different industries from hospitality to sales and management.
