My new chapter started when I had my first born. I ran a successful wedding photography business and once I had my daughter I realized I wanted to be home with her. I wanted to raise her. Shortly after I had another child, a son. They are about 18 months apart and both are under the age of 2. My why…..I want to be there for them while they are young and to give them a solid foundation.

With some encouragement from my husband, I signed up for a marketing course. With the combination of years of marketing my own business and taking this master’s course I have learned how to leverage my skills and experiences for both local and national businesses to create innovative social media management plans that deliver real results.

During the marketing course I realized the importance of focusing my efforts in the right places and finding the “who” was my missing piece when I operated my wedding photography business. To implement utilizing a social media management team you will not have a momentum issue in your business again!
Working part time as a stay-at-home mom with two young children is a challenge because my time is limited so it’s with a social media management team that it’s possible for me to have the systems and team to be efficient with my time.

My blog started off in 2012 as a lifestyle blog that morphed into a travel blog and documented my journey of completed a
personal photography project called 10,000 Smiles while living in Asia. When my husband and I returned to the states my blog
quickly turned to showcasing wedding photography. In 2014 I started sharing wedding and engagement tips. In 2016 for over a
year I had a marriage series on the blog that shared wisdom for married and engaged couples on strengthening their relationship.
Today I am a mother of a 2 year old daughter and 8 month old son. My vision for the blog is to continue to focus on
educating married and engaged couples while also growing a target influence on educating CEO mothers (moms who work inside
and outside the home).
