Añya is a heart healer, relationship coach, educator and creative director. Añya has heated things up internationally blessing Jamaica, Brazil and North America with her fun interactive hair and self-esteem workshops. Añya believes that the key to a healthy relationship are communication and boundaries.
communication allows a deep understanding of each other and a better connection whereas in
boundaries both should express to their partner what they are and are not comfortable with,
when it comes to sex life, finances, family and friends, personal space and time.
