Anida Hunt also known as Nyda Beth, is a California Native born and raised in San Diego. She has always been an active person participating in Basketball and Volleyball through high school and college.. Playing sports created an unexpected appreciation for the conditioning and training it takes to get personal desired results through hard work. As a former player turned coach, she developed a unique training style that incorporates the versatility of leading and the understanding of being the trainee. With years of teaching group fitness as an AFAA certified group fitness instructor, she took time to develop her program and work on personal fitness goals including competing in a Triathalon. Joyful Praise Fitness was birthed during this time because of her love for Jesus and Exercise. She wanted to create a program that is faith based providing positive music and scripture as the foundation. Proverbs 3:6 In all your ways acknowledge Him and he shall direct your paths.” Anida is a blessed wife and mother of three children, She believes that having balance in your life is very important. She understands as life gets busy it can be hard to maintain a balanced, healthy and spiritual lifestyle.. She wants to see others feeling good about themselves on the inside and out by having a relationship with Christ and also by looking and feeling their best through exercise. Incorporating fashion in her business was the complete package! She believes Faith, Fitness, and Fashion are key ingredients to finding joy and happiness. Anida enjoys helping others through fitness full time. She looks forward to inspiring more women through her workouts, and to provide a platform that will be helpful in encouraging a spiritual and healthy lifestyle.
