I'm Amber. I love running, hiking, camping and exploring the outdoors in any other way I can. I'm a wife and mom to a busy toddler, who loves to share in my passion for outdoor adventures. I'm also human to an energetic doggo who follows me everywhere I go. I love to cook, and am always searching for more healthier dairy and meat free options.  I am an advocate for mental health and recovery. My main goal in social media is  to inspire healthy lifestyles and encourage other moms to be their authentic selves, and make time for themselves too.
