Hello, I am a therapist with a Master's Degree in Counselling Psychology and a passion for helping persons to be the best versions of themselves. I am efficient, resilient, disciplined and I manage my time effectively. Having a rounded knowledge that includes mental health, wellness, and being certified in Telephone and Online Counselling within my Master's program, is an asset in these times. Although my main discipline is counselling psychology, I take a holistic approach to counselling and therapy. I believe that if the mind is healthy, it is more than likely that the body will also be healthy. Conversely, if the mind is unwell, this will manifest in certain illnesses within the body. There have been cases where clients were depressed and it manifested in other types of illnesses and there have also been cases where clients have a medical illness that causes depression and other mental conditions. I also possess very strong listening and empathetic skills; coupled with a passion for continued learning.
