I run the blog [link-omitted]. My goal is to help women achieve and maintain a fit and healthy lifestyle before, during and after pregnancy. My blog provides fitness tips, exercise programs, physical therapy, yoga therapy, recipes and healthy living advice from the experiences I have gained over the years of being in the health care profession and since becoming a new mom. I am a licensed physical therapist and I have been practicing physical therapy for over 10 years. I currently manage an outpatient orthopedic clinic in a small beach town in South Carolina. I have my doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Boston University and Masters degree in Physical Therapy from The University of Connecticut. I am a certified yoga therapist and 200 hour registered yoga instructor and I love to teach classes focusing on therapeutic/restorative yoga. I am married to a wonderful man and recently gave birth to my first baby, a beautiful little girl named Piper Rose in December. I created my blog to help women become fit and healthy while living a life they can enjoy; all while balancing the chaos that is motherhood!
