Created in 2016, @runningwithfrosting started as a way to share my weight loss journey with others. As my path towards better health has expanded, so has my Instagram account. From someone who could barely use a microwave, to finding a love for playing around in my kitchen. From being a self-conscious girl, to being featured alongside Oprah in her most recent Weight Watchers commercial. I have found a love and passion for food, cooking, recipe testing, fitness & a joy for healthy living. I can’t wait to bring you along on the journey.
