Laura is a qualified teacher, Life Coach, Musician and writer from Bath. She has spent over half her life on a mission to learn all she can about becoming the best version of herself; taking teachings from Marisa Peer, Tony Robbins and Bob Proctor, to name a few, and integrating their ideologies into her own life and practices. Laura's mission began with her as her own mentee, she suffered from severe depression as a teen and wanted to find a way to live her life and be happy. Little did she know she was beginning a 15 year journey of learning to help herself - and in the process help all those around her. Laura has changed her life from something that she doesn't even recognise anymore and she is passionate about helping others to turn their lives around, the same way she did. Her empathic, capable and no nonsense approach will have you challenging yourself to see improvements fast, if you're commited to change, you won't find a coach who is more knowledgeable or commited to you than Laura is. Laura founded 'Lau of Attraction Life Coaching' in 2018, using her knowledge of health, coaching and the Law of Attraction, to help others to become their best selves.
