I am a 4th-year Mechanical Engineering undergrad and a Cisco Certified Networking Associate, a Certified Cyber Security Essential, Certified Windows 10 and Office 365 administration, Certified Graphic Artist, and completed a course for Google Workspace administration. over 7 years of experience working in BPO, where I gained firsthand experience working with Software and applications communicating with customers, up-selling products, and handling complaints. I am team orientated with the ability to work as part of a group successfully but I am also self-motivated and can meet obligations when working independently.

As an IT specialist for almost 8 years, I have gained knowledge from the experiences that I have and it gives me the courage to apply for this job role. I have been working with server-to-server configuration both cloud and physical. IP addressing and firewall security. I also have been setting up for users and admin privileges and fixing issues in the back end. I have been configuring end devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, cables, computers, printers, etc. I have vast of experience working on VM, SQL, CRM, Active Directory, Software Applications and programs, and more. I hope with my skill set and proven track record I could be valuable to your company.

I am a fast learner with excellent problem-solving skills. I can understand and anticipate the needs of the customers to encourage sales and increase revenue.
