I'm a certified health & wellness coach who survived a colon resection and life-threatening MRSA infection, and then built an entire brand around what I learned. I create direct, no-fluff short-form video content for two highly engaged audiences: diverticulitis patients who are tired of getting bad advice, and people preparing for or recovering from major surgery who need real information fast. My followers come to me because I tell them everything their doctor doesn't have time to say. I'm looking to partner with brands whose products I can genuinely stand behind: meal delivery, gut health, functional food, surgical recovery, and health-adjacent products that actually make a difference for people managing chronic GI conditions or navigating the medical system. I don't do forced fits. If it's not something I'd recommend to my own clients, I won't pitch it. But if it is? My audience listens.
