I'm currently obsessed with writing a new diet book filled with recipes focused on mental health called The HATERS DIET and why everyone should try it cause I'm sure just everyone can shed a few haters traitors and fake operators that pretend to be peaceful demonstrators. Recipes that keep our mental and emotional health  balanced able to meet our basic human needs through connections able to engage and participate with out hate 100 organic no artificial preservatives free of hate thus enabling the Cinderella effect  making it possible for anyone who believes in helping others pay it forward can create ecosystem of individuals who believe small things make big waves that always come back. I think the golden rule should be practiced more often. Empathy should be at the top of everyone's to do list learn it practice it teach it repeat my goal is to be a part of team that uses their influence to make dreams come true changing the dynamics in core values putting a higher priority on Emotional intellegence building others up without judgement don't take things personally while waiting for things to get better personally make things better for as many as you can accountable for making things better

 that society has forgotten after surviving a major life changing event or fleeing abuse needing a kind hand to guide them thru the scary unknown when all they have left is faith after humanity seems to let them down I want to spread hope thru sharing the experiences of divine intervention miracles are possible because of the angels sent from above not always when we want them but when we need them always on time to remind us that this too shall pass with clearity comes a new opportunity to live with purpose
